Memory foam takes a few nights to settle into. Give it a fair try, up to 60 days from the day it arrives.

The fine print, kept short
- Valid for 60 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking.
- One refund per order; covers the product price of the pillows in that order. Original shipping charges and the optional Package Protection are not refunded.
- Requests are accepted only through this form or by email, so we can match them to your order.
- We may send return instructions by email; if we do, the refund is issued once the pillow is on its way back.
- Refunds go to the original payment method and usually show within 5–10 business days of being issued.
